DAMAGE CAP: In no event will the Provider's total liability to you exceed C$0 (because you pay nothing to use this tool), regardless of the legal theory.

JURISDICTION: These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. All disputes must be resolved in Vancouver, British Columbia.
BINDING ARBITRATION: All disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the VanIAC Domestic Arbitration Rules (formerly BCICAC). You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
Either party may pursue individual claims in small claims court in Vancouver, British Columbia.
